This service was previously named the Camden Community Respiratory Service.

Camden Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and Home Oxygen Service cares for patients with complex chronic respiratory disease and supports other healthcare professionals in the management of respiratory disease.
 

The service is for adults over the age of 18 who are registered with a Camden general practitioner (GP) and who have a confirmed diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

The service accepts referrals from GPs and other health and social care professionals, voluntary sectors, patients, their carers and families.

The service is not suitable for people who require diagnosis or complex interventions that are normally only available from secondary care.

The service is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (closed on public holidays)

Services are delivered at patient’s homes, in GP practices and other community settings including a number of clinics across the London Borough of Camden.
