Camden Arts Centre facilitated a group tour for CNWL Arts in Health to view current artists in residence who have been commissioned to create artwork that expresses their personal life experiences.
The curated exhibitions offered a range of aesthetics and mediums, including pottery, charcoal, water features, eclectic pop-culture references, and even a room with bean bag chairs, dance films, and soundscapes. The range of artistic expression was inspiring for our participants to see and evoked recollections of personal past experiences and relations to the materials and symbols on display, which generated much discussion.
