Congratulations to Milton Keynes Community Services whose Community Nursing Team won a poster competition at the Bristol Patient Safety Conference on Wednesday, 18 May.
The poster [click on the link] is about culture change and reducing category 3 pressure ulcers through Quality Improvement methodology.
The aim was to demonstrate sustainable reduction and that continuous Quality Improvement comes from within the teams and that each change was interdependent on another.
