Best of luck to Tanya Paxton in her new role

After over twenty years working in CNWL, Tanya Paxton has decided to pursue a coaching role within the North West London Integrated Care Board, focusing on coaching for leaders. Sadly, this means that Tanya will be stepping away from her role as the Borough Director in Harrow and Trust wide Director of Perinatal Services. 

In the meantime, Gail Burrell (currently Deputy Director of Harrow Mental Health Services) will step in as acting Borough Director.

Tanya starts in her new role shortly and will continue until Tuesday 31 October 2023 when she will officially retire from the Trust. 

Tanya has held a number of director roles over the years in Addictions, Eating Disorders and Acute services. For the last eight years, she has led the London Borough of Harrow’s Mental Health Services and recently took on the Perinatal Services for Jameson Division two years ago.  

Tanya has always shown dedication, passion, and commitment to services, striving to achieve the best outcomes for both patients and staff in whatever role she has held.

We would like to thank her for all her hard work – she will be dearly missed.
