Yesterday Hillingdon welcomed Caroline Clarke, Regional Director for the NHS in London on a visit to its services.
CNWL staff were joined by staff from the Integrated Care Board and Hillingdon Healthcare Partners to explain the current patient journey and the model of care currently being delivered.
Following a guided tour of the hospital, Caroline visited the Integrated Discharge Hub where Claire Eves, Hillingdon Service Director at CNWL and Jen King, Head of the Integrated Delivery Team at CNWL showcased the benefits of true integrated working and how Hillingdon are seen as key leaders for discharge across North West London. There was also an opportunity to showcase the ambitious transformation agenda which is currently underway alongside the Hospital redevelopment plans in Hillingdon.
