We’re delighted that CNWL has been awarded the NHS Pastoral Care Quality Award for providing high-quality pastoral care to internationally educated nurses and midwives during recruitment processes and their employment.
Launched in March 2022 by NHS England and NHS Improvement’s Nursing International Recruitment Programme, the NHS Pastoral Care Quality Award is aimed at standardising the pastoral care provided by NHS Trusts, as well as recognising their commitment to high-quality support.
It’s also an opportunity for Trusts to recognise their work in international recruitment and demonstrate their commitment to staff wellbeing both to potential and existing employees.
