CNWL has published its 2021 WRES Report.

Charlotte Bailey, Chief People Officer, said,  "WRES is a requirement but this is more important to CNWL. We listened last year and acted on the disciplinary issue and by paying attention we have changed patterns of behaviour. This coming year our focus is on our talent pipeline and the recruitment of BAME staff into senior roles.”

Charlotte continued, “Why is this so important to us ? We want all staff to see a Board and senior ream and feel at home here, comfortable that ‘this looks like me’. Diversity is a good thing, bringing diversity of thinking and that makes us stronger.”
