CNWL has been providing sexual health and HIV services in the County since 2017. On 1 October we began a new contract for a further five years, commissioned by Surrey County Council and NHS England.  These services are delivered in partnership with Surrey stakeholders.

The services continue to operate from three main hubs at: Buryfields in Guildford, Earnsdale in Redhill and Woking offering sexual health and contraception. Buryfields and Earnsdale also offer HIV services. Patients can book an appointment or use our online services for STI testing kits and contraception prescriptions.  Check the website for details and opening times at www.sexualhealth.cnwl.nhs.uk  We’ll also be opening more local spoke clinics, targeted at young people providing contraception, including implants.

There is a new dedicated telephone number for patients living with HIV which is 01895 484948. As part of our HIV services, we are excited to be working in partnership with Royal Surrey County Hospital offering fibroscans; imaging-based diagnostic tests that look at liver fibrosis (stiffness, scarring) and steatosis (fat) using transient-elastography technology, to our HIV patients.

You’ll see above that we now have a shared collective identity for all sexual health services in the County. This initiative, designed by Surrey County Council, makes it easier for residents to recognise local services. You can find out more about wider sexual health services at www.healthysurrey.org.uk/your-health/sexual-health

We're also now offering more outreach and training for professionals in the County.
