CNWL’s Dr Azer Mohammed (Clinical Director of CAMHS) contributed to and was a reviewer in the Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology (POST) Paper published in Parliament on 2 August.
The paper titled ‘Factors shaping gender incongruence and gender dysphoria, and impact on health services’ outlines what is known about the factors that shape gender incongruence and gender dysphoria. The impact on the NHS from increased referrals for gender identity care is also discussed.
