CNWL will be carrying out a survey from February to find out what patients think about the care they receive in adult community mental health teams.
The independent survey starts on 17 February and runs until the end of June. A large sample of patients and families who use CNWL’s service will receive a questionnaire in the post asking for views.
This is a part of national programme coordinated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to improve quality of care and patient’s experience. Taking part in this survey is voluntary and all answers are confidential. If you are selected to take part, your contact details will be used by researchers to carry out the survey.
Feedback from patients is vital and tells us their views and priorities for bringing about improvements in the quality of care. The results help us see where we perform well and to identify any areas where there is room for improvement.
You can find out more about it on the CQC survey page
Patients should contact CNWL’s Patient Feedback and Complaints Team if you have any questions about the survey at feedback.cnwl@nhs.net or on 0300 013 4799.
