We are very sad to report that Emily Perugia, who worked for CNWL in Hillingdon, has died.

Emily worked for the Care Connection Team in Northwood as a Care Co-ordinator and previously had worked at the Northwood Health Centre.

She was 29 and had been self isolating because of Covid-19.

Emily was a very well-liked and popular member of staff and a devoted professional. Community Matron Rudo Milambo, who worked alongside her, said, “She was a lovely woman, who never said no to any requests; she could always be relied upon to help with the social support people needed or that came from GPs. She didn’t like being off work. I am so shocked. She will be missed very much.”

Emily’s mother, Tracey Perugia is the Contact Centre Team Lead. Emily’s sister Louise works for the GP Confederation. Emily’s brother, Andrew, works for CNWL as a Primary Care Research Co-ordinator at St Pancras.

Emily was engaged to James Day, who also works in the Contact Centre. They had recently moved into their first home together.

We send our heartfelt condolences to them all.

The family ask if anyone would like to donate to a charity in her memory, Age UK, the Animal Welfare Trust or The Guide Association would all be appropriate.
