Talking Therapies provides a range of therapies for people who feel anxious and worried or down and depressed.

This week, we launched a new and refreshed website that makes it easier for people to:

  • Self-refer into the service within your borough
  • Complete a self-check questionnaire to assess your emotional wellbeing
  • Access the crisis line for urgent help
  • Access helpful FAQs and resources
