You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate and have excellent personal, interpersonal and communication skills. You will be required to have the ability to work within a busy and challenging environment.

Working as a Healthcare Support Worker at CNWL

Healthcare support workers (HCSWs) are key members of the healthcare workforce and help patients with all aspects of their daily life, including social and physical activities, personal care, mobility and meal times. Here at CNWL we have HCSWs in many different environments including inpatient units, people’s own homes or in the community; roles  vary depending on the environment and patient group. Patient groups include those receiving acute care, people with learning disabilities, those receiving maternity care, people with physical disabilities, dementia and other mental health conditions.
