Working jointly with Hillingdon Hospital NHS Trust, CNWL’s Clinical Health Psychology Department is providing rapid access to wellbeing services for staff based at Hillingdon Hospital.
Recognising the impact of the pandemic on staff, this is the first such service at Hillingdon Hospital, and can be provided by phone, face-to-face or online. Offering a variety of support avenues including reflective practice groups, psychological therapies, one-to-one support as well as psychoeducation training and supervision, services are available on an individual basis or a consultation to hospital teams.
The service is open to all NHS staff, with the team encouraging a culture of support where staff can talk openly about any personal or professional challenges. It also aims to link in with managers and give them the confidence to react accordingly.
Staff at the site should contact the Clinical Health Psychology Team on 01895 279049, extension 3049 or clinicalhealthpsychology@nhs.net.
NHS staff in the region can also access the Keeping Well Service. Talk to a wellbeing professional using the live chat to find out how they can help too.
