The New Year is usually a time for new beginnings, resolutions and goals - but for many it can be stressful and anxious. If you are feeling low, depressed, worried or finding it difficult to cope, remember CNWL’s Talking Therapies Services (IAPT) are open and here for you.

Talking therapies provide people with support and treatment to overcome difficulties such as:

  • Low mood or depression
  • Anxiety
  • Fear or phobias
  • Physical health anxiety
  • Stress and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Insomnia

They can also support you with managing the practical and emotional aspects of living with long-term physical health conditions; or if you’ve been struggling with the impact of the coronavirus.

We are here for people registered with a GP in Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon, Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster and Milton Keynes.

If you would like to self-refer to the service visit the Talking Therapies website. You can be referred by your GP or another Health Professional.
