The DEN+ network and HR are running lunchtime disability training sessions for managers to learn about how to best support disabled staff members in their teams.

The training will be presented by Keri Stephenson, DEN+ Chair and Elaine Stiles from HR.

The training will focus on subjects such as:

  • What is a Disability
  • The Access To Work Scheme
  • What is a reasonable adjustment
  • WDES data
  • Recruitment and Retention
  • Obligations of a line manager
