Varsha Chauhan has taken on a brand-new role as CNWL’s Occupational Therapy (OT) Research Fellow. The role is part time (two days a month) as Varsha currently has a substantive role as CNWL’s Young Adult Pathway Lead in Brent, supporting 16-25-year olds moving into adult services.

Varsha Chauhan 2022.jpgVarsha will have 4 key areas to focus on in the role:

  • Log and support any research activity that OTs are involved in Trust wide - this may be OT specific or general research
  • Raise research awareness for all OTs and link to Therapies Research Network (TReN@C)
  • Work with London South Bank University on a research project looking at the credibility of OT with diverse communities
  • Support the development of the BAME OT Network
