Harrow Council is conducting a review of the community services within the recovery pathway, that it either directly provides or currently commissions to support adult mental health and wellbeing. The findings from the review will assist in shaping an improved support offer for residents, to enable them to maintain their mental well-being and resilience. The review is not considering those services purchased and provided by the NHS, such as hospital inpatient or rehabilitation services.

This survey seeks to hear from those Carers who provide care and support on a regular basis, for either an adult relative or friend that has used the community mental health services in Harrow during the past 12 months.

We would like to hear of your experience when requiring support or advice to assist you in your caring role, and your views on the range of support services available for your relative or friend.

This survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your comments and suggestions, and every response received will remain anonymous and confidential.
