StreetLink is a platform that connects people rough sleeping in England and Wales to support provided by local authorities and charities.
People who notice rough sleepers (these include those sleeping outside, preparing to bed down or sleeping in places not designed for habitation e.g. cars) can use StreetLink to link rough sleepers with support in three steps:
- Give precise location
- Describe the person
- Alert goes to local authority and you’ll get an update within 10 days
People who are sleeping rough can have also use the service themselves to get support form local authorities and charities.
