Anna Kent, CNWL's Neurological Conditions Clinical Specialist led this presentation at the Board Worksop on Wednesday 9 February, on the work they do with almost 2,000 people in Milton Keynes.
This is a very enthusiastic team working with people with neurological conditions like Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s, Huntington’s’ and Motor Neurone Disease (MND) – their families, other agencies and voluntary organisations.
As the Chair, Professor Dorothy Griffiths said, “They are a very impressive team.”

The project was a collaboration between CNWL, the Open university, Milton Keynes University Hospital, and the Willen Hospice; its aim to provide information in relation to Advance Care Planning, what it means, why it is important and where to get further information.
