February is LGBT+ History Month and the theme for this year is ‘Politics in Art: The Arc is Long’ from a Martin Luther King quote, exploring art, media, and politics and the changing attitudes towards LGBT+ people.

During the month we’ll shine a light on LGBT+ staff experiences, celebrate the importance of art in communicating the pain, beauty and significance in the fight for equality and how this all relates to Equality Diversity and Inclusion at work.

The start of our programme of events is below – more coming soon.
