The NHS North London Adult Eating Disorder Provider Collaborative (NLAED PC) has an exciting opportunity to grow the adult eating disorder (AED) services across North London in partnership with VCSE organisations, including North East, North West and North Central London areas.

Working with Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, we are seeking partnerships with North London-based organisations for a 12-18-month delivery role.

Applicants should have expertise and experience in the provision of specialist AED care or support.

This grant process can offer successful partners up to £75,000 in funding. (applicants may wish to combine resources.)

Proposals should focus on one, or multiple, NLAED PC Priority Areas (see below) and should be co-produced and delivered alongside providers, the local community, service users and carers.

NLAED PC Priority Areas:

  • Peer support offering including parent and carer support
  • CAMHS to AED Service transitions- supporting patients, carers and staff
  • Staff recruitment and retention- campaigns; working with universities; attending conferences.
  • Complex presentations - providing early intervention/prevention to patients with AEDs and co-occurring Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Developing and strengthening specialist support for AEDs in local communities.
