CNWL has appointed Sabrina Philips (replacing Ann Sheridan, who leaves us in the New Year) as its new Managing Director for Jameson.

Sabrina Philips.jpgSabrina has worked at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust since 2004; she trained as a Mental health Nurse and has held various roles at SLAM e.g. Quality Improvement, Head of Pathway, Head of Nursing and Quality before joining the Lambeth Alliance as a Programme Director in Jan 2020.

The Lambeth Living Well Network Alliance brings together South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Lambeth Council, Certitude and Thames Reach, along with health and social care commissioners to deliver a transformation in the way people in Lambeth recover from mental ill health and stay well and offer users of its services a wider breadth of options to do so.

Sabrina says;

“I was born and grew up on the beautiful Caribbean island of St Vincent and the Grenadines before moving to the UK in 2001. I’m a proud daughter, sister and auntie that loves to travel.”

“I am also an Associate Non Executive Director at the Tavistock & Portman, a role I started in November 2022. I am a committee member of the Caribbean Nurses and Midwife Association Committee, supporting internationally educated nurses from the Caribbean to strive.”

“I am looking forward to joining Jameson as my values align with those of CNWL - Compassion, Respect, Empowering and Partnership. I will use these to guide my day to day work within the trust. I also believe in coproduction with service users, staff and the communities we serve. I will work with service users, carers, staff and other partners to deliver on our vision for mental health care for the people of North West London.”
