When our children are suffering, we can feel alone and unsure, and this group aims to make a space to think about how you can support your children (and each other) to cope during difficult times.

The group meets on Zoom every Tuesday lunchtime with additional evening sessions.

The group is a confidential and relaxed space for Parents and Carers of Children and Young People who are seen in CNWL’s Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), with presentation and information from specialists on topics you want to know more about.

Even more importantly, it is an opportunity to meet and chat with other parents and carers to share ideas and experiences.

“I have been lucky enough to attend the Tuesday lunch time sessions on a fairly regular basis for some months and would really recommend any parent/carer attend. I have learnt some immensely valuable skills and have benefited greatly from her ideas, guidance and compassionate good sense. I wish I had known these skills years ago! The sessions are interactive and hearing from other parents and sharing experiences is cathartic and helpful.”
