Community Services Month is back in Camden: It’s bigger and better than before!

Collaboration is key to better care. This Open Day is a chance to connect with the people who make up Camden’s health services.

We’re not just “the NHS”. We’re local people — living in the same communities, using the same services, and helping run them too. Changes to the NHS affect us not just as professionals, but as people who rely on NHS care ourselves. That’s why we want to make sure we are shaping a stronger, more connected NHS.

We want to share what we’ve learned — and learn from our partners — about how we’re putting key parts of the government’s future NHS plan into action: focusing on prevention, and bringing hospital-level monitored care into people’s homes.

What to expect on the day:

Interactive stalls

See hands-on demonstrations of the tools and techniques our teams use every day. From Health Visiting to Urgent Community Response, you’ll get a close-up look at how care is delivered locally.

Presentation sessions

Hear directly from our frontline teams about the services they provide. They’ll share how integrated care models are evolving and how we’re working with partners across primary care, acute services, and local authorities to improve outcomes.

Networking opportunities

Meet colleagues from across the NHS, local authority, local residents and the voluntary sector. Share ideas, build connections, and explore new ways of working together.
