Amanda Jack, our Head of Safe Practice has won a Hidden Gem Award.

Amanda was nominated by Jack Pooler, her manager and Assistant Director of Safety.

Amanda has been described has "sensitive in her manner" and "supportive in her style".

Jack adds:

I have had the pleasure of working with Amanda since I joined CNWL in 2007. My first contact with Amanda was whilst she was on secondment delivering a training programme to all staff – “Promoting Therapeutic and Safer Services”. It was clear to me from this that Amanda has the people who use our services at the very heart of everything that she does.

Amanda has established herself as a strong and reliable leader. Amanda is an expert in her area of work, something that is not just recognised within the Trust but also across the wider system and network of mental health providers.

Congratulations, Amanda!
