    Over 250 staff members, service users and partners joined us to launch CNWL’s Suicide and Self-Harm Prevention Strategy. Suicide is complex but often preventable; this strategy outlines our commitment and sets out the actions we are taking to prevent suicide in the people that we care for.

    CNWL’s new Mental Health Crisis Assessment Service is now open at St Charles Hospital. The service had its grand opening on Monday 28 November with our Chief Executive, Claire Murdoch in attendance.

    It’s World AIDS Day on 1 December when, people around the world unite to show their support for people living with HIV, raise awareness of how to get tested and commemorate those who have sadly lost their lives to AIDS. To help bring attention to this important issue, Dr Laura Waters, CNWL’s HIV Lead and GU Consultant at Mortimer Market Centre, has recorded a short presentation – talking about the past, the present and the future of HIV.
