As you find yourself recovering from COVID-19 you may still be coming to terms with the impact the virus has had on both your body and mind.
Join a Covid Recovery Group launching 20 July, to learn new coping strategies to help you manage your symptoms and share experiences with others.
The group involves:
- A five week online group
- A safe space to share experiences
- Tools and skills to manage with anxiety, low mood, breathless, fatigue
- Support on considering/managing returning to work
- Free and confidential
- Provided by trained psychological therapists
Open to those who are registered with a GP that is based in Hillingdon.
