It was Care Certificate Celebration Day On 5 December 2025. The daywas created to celebrate the Care Certificate and the support workers who have worked hard to achieve it. The Care Certificate is an employer-awarded qualification for Healthcare Support Workers.
To mark the day, Ryan and Maggie from CNWL's Clinical Education Team visited Lavender Walk to celebrate 100% compliance with the Care Certificate on the unit. A huge well done on this fantastic achievement to all involved!
Maggie, Ryan and Simone Hagi-Georgiou, Healthcare Support Worker from Rochester West Ward, St Pancras Rehabilitation Unit, also presented at the national NHSE webinar and spoke with great passion about the Care Certificate and the benefits it brings.
