CNWL has been shortlisted for two Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) People Management Awards:
- Our 21st Century Leadership Programme (21CLP) shortlisted for Best L&D initiative - public/third sector category. This award recognises how a creative and effective learning and development initiative has contributed to the success of the organisation and its people.
- SCARF, our cultural framework shortlisted for Best organisational development or design initiative – public/third sector. This award recognises employers that have successfully delivered major programmes of work to make a demonstrable contribution to an organisation’s performance and people whether that be through design or development.
The winners will be announced in September.
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) People Management Awards are the benchmark of excellence in Human Resources, Learning & Development and Organisational Development. The Awards are open to all organisations, regardless of sector or size and including international organisations. There are 23 categories, which address the areas impacting the people profession today.
