Our website now meets the Children’s Code standards (Age appropriate Design Code). Introduced by the Government, this data protection code ensures that online services likely to be accessed by children such as apps, social media and online games respect a child’s rights when using their personal data.

To meet these needs, our website now:

  • Gives children the option to consent to cookies as soon as they land on the website
  • Makes sure the cookies are only collecting the bare minimum data
  • Turns off any location tracking by default
  • Makes sure our online forms are only collecting the bare minimum data needed for the service
  • Makes all privacy settings high by default.
  • Makes sure any 3rd party apps we use conform to standards
