People in the Grenfell community got their cameras out and took nearly 200 photographs, which the NHS compiled to make one massive heart collage, ahead of the fourth Grenfell anniversary.
It was part of the Green Snap Project, and the collage is now on display on fencing near the Latimer Road Tube Station. It will remain there until 15 June.
The Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service asked people to take a snap of something green in their local area along the themes of nature, food or sightseeing. People of all ages responded.
The Service also held an event next to the Wall of Truth where people in the community joined NHS staff in making green arts and crafts, which they then photographed for the collage.
