The coronavirus Covid-19 is rapidly changing the way we go about our day-to-day lives and can be a challenging time for our communities in Islington.

We would like to invite you to share your experiences on daily life during the pandemic through this online survey. The information could be used to ensure we are offering the right support to residents at the right time over the coming months. We will also share the information with policy makers at local and national level.

The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. Please read each question carefully and answer as honestly as you can. Your responses will be kept anonymous and all your information will be stored securely and seen only by researchers in the Public Health team.

You will have the option to enter your name into a prize draw. There are three £50 high street shopping vouchers to be won.
