CNWL is committed to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and is engaged in a programme of ongoing work to tackle inequalities in the workforce and the community. 

Due to the impact of Covid-19 on our workforce, we will be publishing our annual EDI report a little later than usual. This means it will come out later than the statutory deadline set but follows a new deadline approved for NHS Trusts. 

We will publish our report as soon as possible and no later than the new deadline of 5 October 2021.
