Natasha Powell, Occupational Therapist recently visited a local primary school to promote the work of occupational therapy in a fun activity.
The session titled ‘What’s My Line’ was with Year 6 students in five different bubble classrooms, involving children asking yes/ no questions to try and work out Natasha’s job role, followed by hearing more about her role and why she enjoys it.
She gave the children clues, including showing a picture of her uniform, followed by an incredibly engaging talk about her job role as an Occupational Therapist.

Natasha, who works at North Hillingdon CMHT spoke about making a difference, how it’s okay to be anxious and how listening skills are important in her role.
She received comments from students saying children they now wanted to be an occupational therapist,
Following the visit, the school said: “Natasha’s encouraging and supportive nature made her a delightful volunteer and we would love to have her volunteer again.”
