World Wellbeing Week is starting on 21 June, we’re running a jam-packed programme of events for CNWL staff including the launch of our film about staff experiences of working during the pandemic; in collaboration with Wake the Beast (who create contemporary theatrical events and experiences).

We asked teams and services to send in their stories, on how they've been looking after their mental health and wellbeing:

Staff from Brent Older people CMHT and Memory Service took part in a staff wellbeing walk too - organising a team wellbeing walk is a great way to improve mood by getting outside in nature.

Are you interested in sharing your story of what you plan on doing for World Wellbeing Week? Record a short 30-60 video or take some photographs, click for filming tips here and send to communicatons.cnwl@nhs.net

Don’t forget our not to be missed event - Speaking our Stories Film will premiere Tuesday 22 June, 2.30pm to 3.30pm.

Hosted by CNWL Chair Professor Dorothy Griffiths, Chief Operating Officer, Robyn Doran, KCW Arts Psychotherapist Joint Lead (Dramatherapist) Laura Knight, Charlotte Bailey, Director of People and Organisational Development and film maker Adam McGuigan, this is the crowning glory of the programme and the premiere of a film of CNWL staff stories of the pandemic.

Featuring drama, dance and new music this is a beautiful film that tells the story of our CNWL experience. This session will include a screening of the short film plus a Q&A with Adam and some of the staff whose stories feature in the film. A not to be missed event!!
