The Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service is hosting a Sleeping better workshop aimed at helping 13 to 16-year-old young people improve their quality of sleep.

The sessions will take place online over seven consecutive weeks, and we’ll cover topics like theories behind sleep, sleep hygiene and keeping a sleep diary.

If you are aged 13 to 16, from North Kensington, and have been struggling with sleep, you may find this workshop helpful. You can join us online and bring your friends virtually too – even if you’ve never used our service.

Good quality sleep can improve your mood, productivity, energy and concentration levels, and overall health.

The workshop will begin on Thursday 24 September from 5pm to 6pm. If you are interested, please get in touch emailing grenfell.wellbeingservice@nhs.net or calling 02089624393 and asking to speak with Kofi Yeboah or Sinthu Sridharan.
