The NHS turns 72 on Sunday 5 July 2020.
2020 has been a very challenging year for all staff who have been working hard as part of our response to the coronavirus pandemic.
Many staff were redeployed from their usual surroundings and placed in highly intensive and unfamiliar environments - all pulling together to care for patients with Covid-19.
The pandemic has had a considerable impact on everyone's mental health, and we want to remind you that help is out there.
Our Talking Therapies service is ready and able to help people who are feeling anxious, worried, down or depressed - be it due to Covid-19 or something else. Visit the website to self-refer.
Exactly, a month ago today, we also launched our Keeping Well Service that provides wellbeing and psychological support to all NHS staff and those providing care to others in the community in the North West London area as well as London Ambulance service. Find out more on the Keeping Well website.
Our Chief Executive, Claire Murdoch would like to highlight the importance of maintaining your mental wellbeing and how the NHS is here for you, in the video below.
