Hillingdon's Clopazine and Depot clinic has moved to a new location as of Tuesday 25 August 2020:
Uxbridge Health Centre
Ground Floor

The new location is a short walk from Uxbridge tube (Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines) and bus station and is located at the back of the Intu Shopping Centre.
From 25 August 2020 if you have an appointment, you will need to attend the Uxbridge Health Centre, Ground Floor. Follow the signage for CNWL Mental Health Clinic, the clinic is based on the ground floor next to the GP practice, access to the building is through the GP main reception doors.
The clinic is located in George Street, Uxbridge UB8 1UB, (back of the Intu Shopping Centre) and a short walk from Uxbridge station which has good transport links (Metropolitan Line, Piccadilly Line and several bus services stop here or nearby in Belmont Road)
Ahead of the move our New Borough Director Vanessa Odlin visited the site on 24 August to meet the team in their new location.
