For the sixth year running, CNWL Peripatetic Homeless Nurse Gabrielle Bleidorn has collected and distributed gifts to homeless people across Kensington and Chelsea and North Westminster.

The gifts were a selection of slippers, loafers and pump shoes and these were distributed to rough sleepers, community centres, churches, hostels and government rough sleeper hotels and food bank queues in the area.

Thanks to funding help from a friend of Gabrielle’s, she was able to help 700 people this year.

She said: “I always feel it’s more important at this time of year than any other time of the year to support those who are vulnerable and homeless and obviously with the year we’ve had it’s more important than ever to provide a bit of support to show we care.”
