Lucy Palmer, Head of Patient and Carer Involvement, writes: “Between April and September 2020, we gathered information to try to understand how patients and carers experienced health services during the first wave of Covid.”

There were a number of positive comments made and well as challenges and the actions being taken to address the challenges.
