Nutrition and Hydration Week has taken place every March since 2012. The aim is to highlight and educate people on the value of food and drink in maintaining health and wellbeing in health and social care.
To mark the week, teams at Ealing Community Partners have compiled a list of informational articles and resources covering everything from tips on keeping hydrated to recipes for energy rich milkshakes. You can even take part in a Healthy Bake-Off Challenge.
