This Friday sees the launch of our new online radio station for CNWL staff, patients, carers and the wider public
Join hosts Cate Latto (service user engagement lead) and Anna Allan (service user volunteer) and guests online each Friday from 1pm to 2pm.
Helping you stay connected and take care of your mind with practical wellbeing ideas, feel good poetry, music, gardening and more.
We will be launching the One Community Broadcast Playlist too on spotify.

The first broadcast this Friday includes guest appearances from
- Evvy Miller (Actress and co facilitator of Well Read) who will read an excerpt from Life of Pi and share what is keeping her going through this tricky time.
- Annie Cartwright ( Westway Gardener extraordinaire and co- facilitator of the gardening group at St Charles) who will talk to us about her garden.
- Stewart Permutt (Actor and Playwright, co- facilitator of Well Written) will read a poem from Old Possums book of practical cats.
- Matt Waugh and Mo Khaji will come in live from Nile Ward for a look around the newly planted Nile garden and short fitness session ( participation optional!)
- Hugh Burbeck will share some beautiful photos from his garden in Norfolk where he has grown some wonderful blue flowers in honour of the NHS.
