Carers Trust Hillingdon is a local charity based in Uxbridge that operates support services for unpaid carers.
Their latest newsletter has now been published. In this issue, see details for a range of activities and workshops taking place over the coming months - unpaid carers registered with Carers Trust can take part in exercise classes, autumn wreath making and mental health support programmes.
