The NHS staff survey for 2019 is published today.
The survey asks staff to rate the Trust across 11 themes.
The Trust’s top scores (above average) in the survey (conducted between September and November 2019) are for
- Quality of care
- Staff experiencing less violence from patients
The Trust increased its rating from the previous year in five of the survey’s themes:
- Staff morale
- Quality of staff appraisals
- Staff engagement
- Support from managers
- Safety
