We’ve published the timetable for online Recovery & Wellbeing College workshops, for the month of July.
People can choose from a range of free and helpful courses on subjects such as:
• How mindfulness can help you right now
• How to manage and cope with the challenges of living alone when shielded or isolated
• Discovering self-compassion
• Managing psychosis in challenging times
• Managing anxiety in uncertain times
• How to eat healthily during COVID

Recovery & Wellbeing College courses are open to people who use CNWL services or have been discharged from these services in the previous 12 months, their supporters (friends, family or carers) and CNWL staff.
