The Voice Exchange with Healthwatch Central West London is inviting anyone and everyone to give feedback on their recent experiences of mental health services and wards and what can be done to improve them.
A drop-in session will take place next month where people can talk openly about their experiences of mental health services and any suggestion they may have to improve them.

The Voice Exchange will also be hosting private one-to-one meetings with patients or carers who have or looked after someone who has been an inpatient on a mental health ward in the past three years. The one-to-one meetings are open to those living in Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea. Anyone wishing to attend the private meetings can remain anonymous. The feedback given will be written up in the final report from the Voice Exchange, which will be shared in October 2021.
