It is understandable that losing a loved one can feel overwhelming, especially if the death was sudden, untimely and unexpected.

Throughout the pandemic many more of us than usual may have had to face bereavement and for some on multiple occasions.

Bereavement is not always felt through feelings of sadness or depression. It could be a general feeling of discomfort or something just 'not feeling right.'

We all react to bereavement in different ways, and our Talking Therapies Service is here to support you - as much you need us.

We provide a range of psychological help for bereavement and other feelings of anxiety and isolation that can result from it.
