CNWL’s services are all open and operating normally during the lockdown – We will see you in person. Should anything change, we will notify you as soon as we can.
Some of our services ask patients to complete a telephone consultation before attending. This is to maintain social distancing in waiting rooms and avoid unnecessary travel. Our sexual health services operates in this way and you can find out more on our dedicated sexual health website. If you have already booked an appointment this will go ahead as planned.
We also continue to use video consultation in some services; particularly for vulnerable patients who prefer not to travel.
We’d like to take this opportunity to remind you to regularly check our dedicated coronavirus page. Here you will find all the latest guidance and information, whether you are a carer, patient or service user.
If you have symptoms or have tested positive for coronavirus, you need to isolate for at least 10 days, but this may extend to 14 days in some scenarios. Read the full guidance here.
Stay safe, look after yourselves and those around you and please observe the face covering and social distancing guidance that have been put in place for your safety.
