Speech and Language Therapist, Christian Boakye, has written an article for the Association for Child and Adolescent Mental Health’s LASER SIG newsletter on what it’s like to be a Speech and Language Therapist.
The LASER SIG is the Special Interest Group for Clinicians and Researchers working with Children and Young People with Learning Disabilities in the London and South East Region.
In this edition the newsletter decided to focus on the role of Speech and Language Therapists.
Christian Boakye who has recently Tuped Over from the Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health Trust is a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist based in The Wellbeing Team at HM Young Offender Institute Feltham, which CNWL now provides.
